Scarlett turned 12 weeks on Wednesday. It was a big day because it was mommy's first day back to work, and her first day at an in-home daycare. It was a very bittersweet day because although it was nice to return to a good job with wonderful coworkers, it was hard being away from Scarlett. She, however, had a great day apparently, and has done great since :) It's definitely a relief to know baby girl is happy! If only we could get her to nap, laugh, and smile as much at home!!!
