Scarlett turned 16 weeks last Wednesday, and she has finally discovered her feet! She likes to rub them together or on soft things, and she also loves to wiggles her toes on one foot against the toes on the other foot. Luckily she started playing with her feet while I was taking photos, which made for a few extra cute ones :)
