We missed taking pictures of Scarlett at 5 weeks old, although we took the ones the following day for Thanksgiving. I was determined to take more pictures of her at 6 weeks to make up for it, but she was determined for me not to! First we had a meltdown during the first attempt, then she spit up all over her vest, and after only a couple not so great pictures of her not in the vest, she began screaming again. I really wanted to get photos of Scarlett somewhere besides on the couch or in her play pin, but she still does not enjoy being laid on her play mat yet for more than a minute. She especially is not fond of it yet for tummy time. She much prefers laying on a boppy pillow, or cuddling on someone's chest. Apparently she has been doing well during her preferred methods of tummy time though because even her doctor was impressed at how well she can lift up her head!
